Where can I get hold of a suitable tape measure?

To measure yourself it is best to use a fabric tape measure, you can find them in many DIY stores and sewing/craft shops. If you are having issues finding a suitable tape measure please contact us so that we can assist you.

What do I do If I am unsure of how to take measurements correctly?

Please see our supplementary guidance on the "Sizing" page. If you click on the ‘?’ by each measurement you will be directed to a .gif of the respective measurement being taken.  If you are still unsure, contact us with your enquiry and we will be very happy to help you get it right.

How can I see my measurements from previous orders?

These can be found in your order confirmation email, packing slip, or shipment notification email (if you click "view order"). Remember that it is common for measurements to change over time, so if it has been a while since you last ordered it would be worth remeasuring yourself to ensure that you get the correct fit.

Does the fabric fade?

We have been determined from the outset of this company to be as eco-friendly as we can, whilst still retaining the performance needed by serious mountain bike riders. The fabric used in our tops contains 70% lyocell, which is a natural fibre, and as a result the tops will fade in colour with the first few washes after which the colour will stabilise.

Where are the washing instructions?

All our garments contain washing instructions generally on a label sown into a seam, so turn the garment inside out and you should easily find it.  We recommend that you wash all our tops inside out. For further information, please see our "Garment Care" page.

Is my garment eco-friendly?

In designing the service we provide we have tried to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum whilst providing the performance needed by serious mountain bikers. We source the fabric for our tops from Portugal and source our labels and packaging from the UK. Manufacture takes place in the Cotswolds. Because we are making made to measure clothes, we only make what is ordered and thus minimise wastage.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

If for any reason your order does not arrive with 14 days of ordering please contact us and we will investigate. Occasionally we will have to have breaks in production, but we will endeavour to advertise any breaks on our website
